兴国县第二人民医院治疗尿道炎多少钱Im Senator Lamar Alexander, from Tennessee. When Tennesseans woke up on Wednesday morning and opened up our states largest paper, the front page headline ;Very Near Collapse.; The story wasnt about a bridge or a foreign dictatorship. ;Very Near Collapse; was our state insurance commissioners description of the Obamacare exchange in Tennessee, which more than 230,000 Tennesseans used to buy health plans last year. What does ;Very Near Collapse; mean in the real world? This November, when Tennesseans are signing up for 2017 Obamacare plans, there will be fewer plans to choose from – and theyll be much more expensive. That picture will be the same for many Americans across the country. Next year, Tennesseans will be paying an intolerable increase – on average between 44 and 62 percent more for their Obamacare plans than they paid last year. Even for a healthy, 40-year-old, non-smoking Tennessean with the lowest-price silver plan on Tennessees exchange, premiums increased last year to 2 a month. Next year, its 3 a month. And if you, the policyholder, dont pay all of it, then you, the taxpayer, will, because a large portion of Obamacare premiums are subsidized with tax dollars. Tennessee had to take extreme measures to allow these increases because insurance companies told the state ;if you dont let us file for rate increases, we will have to leave;. If that happened, Tennesseans might have had only one insurer to choose from. Thats whats happening in states all over the country, as Obamacare plans and rates get locked in for next year. According to consulting firm Avalere Health, Americans buying insurance in one-third of Obamacare exchange regions next year may have only one insurer to choose from. People buying on Obamacare exchanges will have only one insurer to choose from in five states next year: Alabama, Alaska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Wyoming, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation. And Politico reports that one Arizona county is ;poised to become an Obamacare ghost town; because no insurer can afford to sell health plans on the regions Obamacare exchange. This leaves 9,700 people in Pinal, Arizona, with no Obamacare plan options in 2017. Before Obamacare ever became law, Republicans warned President Obama and Democrats in Congress that this would happen. In February of 2010, I spoke for Republicans at a White House summit on health care and warned President Obama that premiums for millions of Americans with individual insurance would rise under his proposal. But warnings are not much use now. Americans need action. As Tennessees governor said last week: ;The federal government needs to come in and address the situation. They created the program and so theyre going to have to address that.; In other words, the next Congress – no matter who is President – will have to deal with the mess that Obamacare is causing in our states and the pain it is causing the American people. Americans have a choice this election. You know exactly what Democrats will do if they are in charge. Democrats will increase Washingtons control of your private health insurance choices. Democrats will spend more of your taxpayer dollars to prop up the collapsing Obamacare exchanges. Republicans have offered a better idea. We want to help Americans struggling with the cost of health insurance immediately. We would do that by giving states more flexibility to give individuals and their families options to purchase lower-cost private health insurance plans outside of Obamacare. The problem of solving Obamacare takes more than a five-minute radio address. But helping Americans struggling to buy private health insurance plans is something we ought to do immediately.

Please be seated. Well, good afternoon. It turns out these are easier when youre talking about somebody else. At a moment like this, I think of all the times Ive stood before our men and women in uniform. Commissioning our newest officers. Presiding over promotions. Presenting the Commander-in Chiefs Trophy to – the best football team in the military. I will let you argue over that one. I have never taken sides. Secretary Carter, I could not be more grateful for your gracious words, but more importantly, for your outstanding leadership, across, as you noted, more than three decades and nearly all of my presidency. You have always given me, Ash, your best strategic counsel. Youve made sure that we were investing in innovation for the long term and a strong Force for the Future. As a physicist, Ash is also one of the few people who actually understands how our defense systems work. And I know that our troops and their families are immensely grateful for the compassion that you and Stephanie have shown them over the years. So to you and your family, on behalf of all of us, thank you for your outstanding service. General Dunford, weve relied on you as Commandant of the Marine Corps, as our commander in Afghanistan, and now, as our nations highest-ranking military officer. I thank you, and General Selva and the entire Joint Chiefs for the unvarnished military advice that youve always provided to me, for your dedication, for your professionalism, for your integrity. Because of you, because of this team, our Armed Forces are more integrated and better prepared across domains – a truly Joint Force. Which is why, as a White Sox fan, I can overlook the fact that you love the Red Sox. Moreover, on a personal note, outside of your professional qualities, you are a good man, and I am grateful to have worked with you. And thank Ellyn for allowing you to do this. To members of Congress; Vice President Biden – who, along with Jill, has known the love and the pride and the sacrifice of a military family. To Deputy Secretary Work; service secretaries; distinguished guests; dedicated civilians from across the Defense Department; my national security team; most of all, our men and women in uniform. I thank you for this honor, and for the warmth and respect that youve always shown me, and the support that youve shown Michelle and our daughters during these past eight years. And so, although I recognize that the formalities require me listening to praise directed in large part to me, I want to turn the tables – I am still Commander-in-Chief, so I get to do what I want to do – and I want to thank you. Of all the privileges of this office – and there are many – I will miss Air Force One, I will miss Marine One – () – but I can stand before you today and say that there has been no greater privilege, and no greater honor, than serving as the Commander-in-Chief of the greatest military in the history of the world. When I took office, I noted that Presidents and those of you in uniform swear a similar oath – to protect and defend this country and the Constitution that we cherish. By stepping forward and volunteering, by raising your right hand and taking that oath, each of you made a solemn pledge. You committed yourself to a life of service and of sacrifice. And I, in turn, made a promise to you, which, to the best of my abilities, Ive tried to uphold every single day since, that I would only send you into harms way when it is absolutely necessary, with the strategy, and well-defined goals, with the equipment and the support that you needed to get the job done. Because thats what you rightfully expect and that is what you rightfully deserve. I made that pledge at a time when less than one percent of Americans wear the uniform. Fewer Americans know someone who serves. As a result, a lot of Americans dont see the sacrifices you make on our behalf. But as Commander-in-Chief, I do. Ive seen it when I looked into the eyes of young cadets, knowing that my decisions could very well send them into harms way. Ive seen it when Ive visited the field – at Bagram and Baghdad – far from your families, risking your lives so that we can live ours safely and in freedom. And so youve inspired me, and I have been humbled by you consistently. And I want every American to know what I know – through year after year after year of continuous military operations – you have earned your place among the greatest generations.201701/489260崇义县人民医院网上挂号赣州做包皮手术费用是多少
